Fred Rouhling on Salamandre (9a+/5.15a) Video by Matthieu Raffier Rouhling found this lost "unclimbable" project at Saint Pierre en Faucigny in the beautiful French Alps. The ultra-technical vertical limestone face's crux comes at 60 feet and involves a vicious move off a one centimeter hold. Raffier also shows Rouhling on some inspiring training sequences, two bouldering sessions and a redpoint of Tequila Sunrise (8c/5.14b) .

Kilian Fischhuber at the Teva Mountain Games
On June 6-7, 2008 in Vail, Colorado, World Cup points leader Kilian Fischhuber from Austria (shown here on the fourth and final problem) came away with another victory. Meanwhile, Paul Robinson, 20, finished third in his very first international competition. The Bouldering World Cup in Vail was the first world cup climbing event in the U.S. since 1990. Alex Johnson at the Teva Mountain Games
On June 6-7, 2008 in Vail, Colorado, at the Teva Mountain Games, Alex Johnson stunned the visiting Europeans by winning the women’s competition (shown here flashing problem one at the IFSC World Cup finals). Bob Timmer - Ice Climber and Cancer Survivor
In 2000 he was given three years to live. Two tumors later he is still climbing. Meet Bob Timmer, cancer survivor and ice climber master from Jeffersonville, NY. He tells his story of survival and determination. Timmer climbs some classic ice climbs (Jeff Slide) at his backyard playground of Smuggler's Notch, VT. Having a fear of heights and being attacked by cancer didn't stop this guy from doing what he loved most.
Eric's Sister (V10) - Arkansas River, Colorado Video shot and editied by Bryan Johnson and Chris Gatzke. Colorado College student Hayden Miller styles the fourth ascent Eric's Sister (V10), near the small town of Cotopaxi in Southern Colorado. Eric's Sister is located on BLM land, has great access and Miller reports that there are hundreds of other boulders to be explored there.
